Bunista offers its customers two types of rewards:

1. Referral Program

The Bunista store allows customers to invite their friends and receive financial rewards according to the following terms:

1. Referral Rewards

• The referring customer will receive SAR 15 for every friend who successfully completes a purchase.
• The new customer (invited) will receive a SAR 15 discount when using the referral code.

2. Reward Eligibility

• The referral reward will be granted once the order is completed and its status changes to “Complete.”
• The store reserves the right to delay adding the reward in order to verify the validity of the transaction.

3. Restrictions

• The use of any illegitimate methods to obtain rewards is strictly prohibited.
• The store reserves the right to cancel any rewards resulting from fraudulent or suspicious activities.

2. Cashback Program

Cashback is granted as store credit in the customer’s wallet on the Bunista store, calculated as a percentage of the order value according to store policies after completing purchases. Cashback can be used as credit when placing future orders.

1. Cashback Eligibility

• Customers receive 5% cashback from the order value.
• Cashback is calculated on orders that meet the minimum requirement set by the store.
• The maximum eligible order value for cashback calculation is SAR 1000.

2. Cashback Validity

• Cashback is valid for 30 days only.
• The validity period begins once the order is completed or its status changes to “Completed.”
• The balance will be automatically removed after the expiration date.
• Cashback expires either after the validity period ends or if the cashback program is discontinued.

3. Usage Method

• Cashback can be used within the Bunista online store.
• The maximum cashback usage per order is SAR 100.
• Orders cannot reach SAR 0 using cashback alone.
• Cashback will be automatically applied during checkout if sufficient balance is available.

4. Converting Balance to a Coupon

• Customers may convert their wallet balance into a coupon.
• The coupon will be valid for 30 days from the date of creation.
• After expiration, the coupon will no longer be valid.

5. Restrictions

• Cashback cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to any other financial method.
• Cashback is only granted for completed orders that are not returned.
• Cashback cannot be claimed as compensation or cash refund.
• Cashback balances cannot be transferred between accounts.

3. Fraud and Misuse

Bunista reserves the right to monitor all transactions related to the cashback and referral systems.

The program may not be used for fraudulent or exploitative purposes, including placing fake orders or repeatedly canceling orders.

In cases of suspected misuse, the store reserves the right to:

• Cancel or freeze the balance or account.
• Cancel related orders.

Customers are not entitled to claim compensation for any balances canceled due to violation of these terms.

4. General Terms

• Bunista reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time.
• Updates will take effect immediately upon publication on the store.
• Using the rewards program indicates your agreement to all the terms stated above.
• The store reserves the right to suspend the program partially or entirely at any time without prior notice.

5. Compensation

Bunista is committed to providing a pleasant and satisfying experience for all customers.

If any issue occurs that affects the customer’s experience, the store may at its discretion offer appropriate compensation.

This clause aims to ensure a positive shopping experience and enhance customer satisfaction. Compensation is not a guaranteed right and is subject to Bunista’s internal policies and discretion.
