Before the roast

Green bean inspection

Upon arrival, each green bean lot undergoes a rigorous inspection.

We check for moisture content, defects, and overall quality, ensuring only the best beans make it to the roaster.

Rest and acclimate

Green beans are then carefully rested to stabilize their flavors before being roasted.

We also acclimate them to our roasting environment for optimal consistency.








During the roast

Masterful Roasting

Our skilled roasters wield the art of fire and air, meticulously controlling temperature, airflow,

and roast time to unlock the unique flavors of each bean.

We use advanced roasting technology to ensure precision and consistency.

Data-Driven Precision

We track every roast curve, meticulously analyzing temperature, pressure, and time to ensure

consistent quality and repeatability.

This data helps us to not only refine our roasting profiles and continuously improve,

but also deliver the desired roast level and flavor on a consistent basis.










After the roast

Cool down and rest

Roasted beans are immediately cooled to halt the roasting process and preserve their delicate flavors.

They then undergo a controlled resting period to allow the flavors to mellow and develop further.

Sensory Evaluation

Our cupping team, trained in the art of coffee tasting,meticulously evaluates

each roast for aroma, acidity, sweetness, body, and taste.

This ensures every batch meets our high standards for quality and consistency.

Freshness guaranteed

We roast our coffee in small batches and package it immediately after roasting, capturing the peak

of its freshness. We utilize airtight packaging to preserve the aroma and flavor of the coffee until it reaches your cup.
